By accessing or playing CaveRush, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Use of the Game

CaveRush is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to:

• Use CaveRush only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboard scores.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the game's servers or infrastructure.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of CaveRush without permission.

Accounts and Player Names

You may sign in using Apple, Google, Facebook, or X (Twitter). By signing in, you authorize us to use the account information provided by that service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Player names are chosen by you and are permanent once saved. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Player names must not contain offensive, hateful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove names that violate this rule.

Leaderboards

Leaderboard scores are public. We reserve the right to remove scores we determine to be fraudulent or obtained through cheating, with or without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content in CaveRush — including graphics, sounds, code, and design — is owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to that content beyond playing the game.

In-App Purchases

CaveRush may offer optional purchases (such as removing ads). All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you have a billing issue, contact us at the address below.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CaveRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CaveRush, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CaveRush at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of CaveRush after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
